Amila D. Karunathilake

Amila D. Karunathilake is a licensed Physiotherapist registered with the Sri Lanka Medical Council (SLMC Reg. No. 1042), holding a Bachelor of Science (Honors) in Physiotherapy and currently reading for a Master’s degree. With over five years of focused experience, Amila has worked extensively with children with disabilities and developmental disorders, including cerebral palsy, autism spectrum disorders, Down syndrome, myelomeningocele, and other neurodevelopmental conditions.

Amila currently serves as a Clinical Physiotherapist at a national institute for children with disabilities in Sri Lanka, providing comprehensive physiotherapy services to support physical development, motor skills, and functional independence in children.
